ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS
Peter McAliney PhD is currently Director of Professional and Executive Education at Rutgers University. Since beginning his career in Management Information Systems on Wall Street, he has held leadership positions in the private sector and management consulting. These combined perspectives are now focused on developing programs that can support 21st century careers for professionals and rising executives. His credibility as an academic is enhanced through the work he has done with C-level executives in a variety of industries and one who has designed upskilling and reskilling programs. He brings increased awareness to the importance for individuals to develop lifelong learning plans to succeed in a work environment characterized by ongoing organizational change brought about by increased human-computer interaction in the workplace and structural changes in the economy. Peter received his PhD in higher education and workplace learning from NYU Steinhardt.
