Emerson’s Commitment to Business as Usual, Under Unusual Circumstances (Coronavirus COVID-19)

We are hoping you and your loved ones are doing well during this challenging time.  All of us are learning to adapt to the changes in our daily lives, including how to maintain as much normalcy as possible, while following the necessary precautions outlined by health care professionals.

In business, as always, the key to overcoming any challenge is having the right people in place.  Like you, we have adapted and are fully capable working remotely if needed.  Candidate interviews are being temporarily conducted via phone and video calls, rather than in-person.

We want you know that we are here to assist you with finding the right people to help your business succeed, both now and in the future. Whether that is temporary employees or permanent hires, our team is continuing to source and uncover the highest quality candidates and match them with the positions that best suit their needs and skill sets. While business practices need to change for the time being, the dedication to hiring the right people does not.

To ensure the best match, we are working with our clients on scheduling phone and video interviews, rather than face-to-face meetings when deemed necessary.  As an example, we have one client that normally administers on-site skills assessment, they will now be sending it out, via email, to be completed online.  What has not changed, however, is our commitment to both our candidates and clients.

We still strive every day to help others become more successful and that will never change, regardless of what is going on in the world around us. If you need our help, we’re here…just like always!
