Emerson Group Welcomes IT Recruiter Rob Lightcap
We are excited to welcome our newest recruiter, Rob Lightcap, to Emerson Group as our dedicated IT recruiter.
Rob joined Emerson Group after retiring from the Air Force Reserve in 2010. He spent the last ten years of his Air Force career recruiting pilots, nurses, and hundreds of other specialties critical to the Air Force’s mission. For the past several years he’s been working in admissions and recruiting.
Rob recently completed an Associate in Applied Sciences degree, specializing in Network Systems Administration. This education, combined with a lifetime of experience working with computers, allows him to blend two passions in his life: helping people and working with technology.
