Judey is a seasoned veteran in the staffing industry, boasting over twenty-two years of experience. Upon joining the Emerson team in 2011, she brought with her a decade of expertise in staffing and HR. Having traversed both the staffing and corporate spheres, Judey offers clients and candidates a unique perspective on recruiting, a viewpoint she believes can only come from a deep love for the industry. Her journey began with a small staffing firm in Houston, Texas, specializing, much like Emerson, in Administrative/Clerical positions. Climbing the ranks, she eventually managed two different offices in the Houston area. Transitioning to the corporate side, Judey worked for a Fortune 100 company in Houston, gaining invaluable insight into internal business operations.
Currently a member of Emerson Group’s Financial Planning and Leadership Teams, Judey focuses on streamlining processes and guiding staff toward growth.
On a personal level, Judey holds a B.S. in Business Communications from Southern Connecticut State University and, after a past life as a marathon runner, now finds solace and strength in Pilates. Alongside her husband of nearly 30 years, she has raised three children and is now more committed than ever to giving back to her community.
