Gregg Podolski
Gregg has been a professional agency recruiter since 2007. He spent the first 4 years within the healthcare space and the rest with Emerson Group where he manages the Direct Hire Division. He’s a true generalist, working on everything from entry-level customer service to C-Level executives for small to mid-size businesses within the Tri-State area. A graduate of Rutgers University and long-time supporter of their sports teams—which isn’t easy—Gregg worked in radio, a non-profit group home, for-profit education and sales before finding his true career passion in recruiting. When he’s not helping others become more successful, Gregg enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, vacationing at the Jersey Shore, and promising to find more time to read the mountain of books that keeps growing bigger in his home office. #GreggPodolski
