9th TIME EMERSON RECRUITING GROUP NAMED ONE OF PHILADELPHIA BUSINESS JOURNAL’S BEST PLACES TO WORK

Emerson Recruiting Group is proud to announce that we have once again been recognized as one of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Places to Work, marking the ninth time we have received this honor.

The award is based entirely on employee feedback collected through confidential surveys conducted by Quantum Workplace. To earn recognition, companies must meet a rigorous statistical benchmark that reflects exceptional levels of employee engagement, trust, and workplace satisfaction.  This year winners will be celebrated at the official awards ceremony on July 23, 2026.

Third Generation

We’ve welcomed another third-generation family member, Matt Emerson, Director of Business Development, continuing the company’s legacy.

“What makes Emerson special is that our culture is real, people genuinely care about each other, our clients, and the candidates we serve,” said Matt Emerson, Director of Business Development. “As a third-generation family member joining the company last year, I’m proud to be part of a team that leads with authenticity, relationships, and purpose every day. Watching my grandparents, Skip and Annette Emerson, build this business from the ground up, and seeing the dedication of my parents, Steve and Mary Emerson, along with my uncle Bill Emerson’s leadership as President, has given me a deep appreciation for the values and commitment that have shaped Emerson Recruiting Group for more than 55 years. I’m excited to help carry that legacy forward.”
