Emerson Personnel Group Expands Staff

Cherry Hill, NJ – Emerson Personnel Group, a Southern New Jersey staffing and recruiting firm, is pleased to announce that two new staff positions, Operations Manager and Recruiter, have been created and filled within the company.

Bill Emerson, President of Emerson Personnel Group said the new positions will strengthen the company’s recruiting and staffing efforts in this period of growth.

Bonnie Jeffers has been named Operations Manager. Bonnie joined EPG in 2010 as a production assistant and quickly learned the business to eventually take on a recruiter role. In her new position, Jeffers will oversee marketing and social media efforts as well as business process development.  Bonnie will also support EPG President Bill Emerson. With a diverse background in administration, sales and technology, Bonnie’s experience will help Emerson Personnel Group expand, become more efficient, and build brand recognition.

Judey Napoli was recently hired as a recruiter to Emerson’s staffing team. Judey brings ten years of staffing and human resource experience to EPG.  She will be working closely with candidates and clients to help them identify their needs, goals and objectives and then match the appropriate candidate with the client’s job opening.  Judey will be placing candidates on temporary, temp to hire and direct hire basis in the areas of administrative and office support.

We are currently experiencing an increase in demand for our services, so the addition of these two positions comes at a critical time.  Bonnie and Judey will be instrumental in our ability to continue to deliver outstanding services to our clients and candidates during this period of growth,” says Emerson.
