Bill Emerson Joins Rowan University’s Entrepreneurship Advisory Council (EAC)

The Entrepreneurship Advisory Council (EAC)

Emerson Group’s President, Bill Emerson, recently became a member of Rowan University’s Entrepreneurship Advisory Council (EAC).  The group assists and supports the Founding Head of the School of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (SIE) in setting and driving the attainment of the vision, strategy, growth and overall excellence of the School of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (SIE) and Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship (RCIE).

EAC members are engaged in the development and implementation of the goals, activities and financial support needed to achieve the School’s mission. All EAC members support the SIE with their time, talent, and/or treasure.  Some EAC members donate their time to attend council meetings and participate in the council strategic planning retreat; others donate their talent guest speaking to classes, judging pitch and business model competitions and mentoring students, and/or others donate their treasure by financially supporting student entrepreneurship at Rowan in a variety of different ways.

“I’m really excited to become involved with the EAC.  As a business owner, I love the entrepreneurial spirit and can’t wait to assist the creative and bright Rowan students and hopefully help cultivate their ideas and/or inspire them to reach their goals.”
