We begin by learning your mission, values, culture, and hiring goals. We assess not just the position, but also your environment, communication style, and what “right fit” truly means to your team.
Together, we create a detailed picture of your ideal candidate — skills, experience, behavioral traits, and cultural alignment. We also document clear timelines, priorities,
and selling points for the role.
We activate our deep candidate network,
advanced sourcing tools, and if engaged, headhunt passive candidates directly from competitors and the broader market.

We carefully evaluate each candidate for both skill and cultural fit. For engagement
searches, we include the Predictive Index (PI) to provide behavioral insights and predict team compatibility. You’ll receive a curated shortlist with candidate overviews, recruiter notes, PI summaries (if applicable), and alignment to your “right fit” criteria.
We handle all interview scheduling, logistics, and feedback loops to ensure a seamless experience. Our team keeps candidates engaged, informed, and aligned with your hiring process, protecting your
employer brand and reducing time-to-hire.
We act as your partner during final selection — offering compensation guidance, market insights, and behavioral fit analysis.
Once the decision is made, we manage the offer process, helping ensure acceptance and a smooth transition.
