Krysty is thrilled to join the Administrative Division as a Recruiter, adding to the dynamic energy of the team. With over 6+ years in the industry, she is passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities. Her skills at identifying candidates who not only meet the technical requirements of a role, but also align with company culture, ensures long-term success for both the candidate and employer.
Before joining, Krysty worked at a fast-paced staffing firm in Central Jersey where she honed her skills in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and talent management.
Known for her approachable demeanor and excellent communication skills, Krysty is dedicated to building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

On a personal note, Krysty graduated from American Institute of Medical Sciences and Education in Piscataway, NJ with a Certificate as an Ultrasound Technician. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, cooking, crafting and making memories with her husband, daughter and family.
