We inform you and the candidate of each other’s background in more detail and cover any last minute questions you may have about the candidate prior to your interview with them.

Interview Logistics

We take care of every detail of the interview from agenda to time confirmation and setup.

Client Interview Debrief

Afterwards, we go over the qualities of the candidate to assess strengths and compatibilities to determine if s/he has the ability to help make your company more successful.

Candidate Interview Debrief

We also debrief the candidates to determine level of interest and address questions and concerns.

Hiring Coordination

After the interview we work hard to get your offer accepted by your first choice candidate and work closely with you and the candidate to address any final questions and concerns to ensure smooth offer acceptance.

Extensive Follow-Through

Once the offer is accepted we recognize that our job is not always finished. If necessary, we work closely with the candidate through the resignation process and address any possibility of a counter offer and will even follow-up after the hire to ensure that both you and your new employee are completely satisfied.
